Whether your a keen walker or just fancy a stroll we are the perfect location for all. We are situated on the Wincle Ciruit route and under a quarter of an hour walk to the local pub.

There is plenty on offer for kids young and old.

Firstly our site is open to the imagination, build a tree house, catch bugs, have a  picnic, learn new skills and trying new things! Grab your gear and start ticking off some of the National Trusts list of 50 things to do before you're 11 ¾, for the kids and big kids alike we have plenty to offer all you need is to let the Wild side in.

A short walk into the village of Wincle you will find the Fish Farm at Dane Bridge where kids can hook a fish, which you can bring back to cook on the camp fire or throw back into the pond!

Blaze farm is a short drive away famous for its hilly billy ice cream, nature trail and tea room.

Tittesworth reservoir located in Merebrook nr leek has a great adventure playground, nice walks and home of the seven trent water ways.

Go Ape in Buxton offers adventure-activity  where you explore the forest canopy via a treetop rope course.

Pooles Cavern take a journey beneath the earth with expert guides, explore the vast limestone caverns see how crystal stalactites have lined the chambers over millions of years.

Peak Wildlife Park

Alton Towers and Splash Landings Water Park about a 40 minutes drive away.
