We have carried out Covid training and created necessary risk assessments.
Housekeepers are trained in Covid cleaning practices.
If you feel ill before you stay you must cancel your booking.

If you would prefer to bring your own bedding, you are more than welcome to.
Please let us know if this is preferred before arrival.
Bring your own PPE.
Bring groceries with you or organise a delivery, (you will have to be onsite to take an online delivery.)

DISINFECTING OUR PODS
PREPAREING FOR YOUR STAY
After our usual thorough clean, your glamping pod will be misted with odour free, non-toxic disinfectant.
This will ensure all surfaces are treated.

ARRIVAL
SOCIAL DISTANCE AT CHECK IN
Before your arrival you will be emailed with instructions for self check in
and where to find the keys to your glamping pod.
If you need us, we can be contacted by phone (07714831157) or will be around the
farm but at a safe 2 meters distance.
Help us by arriving after 4pm – if you arrive early, we cannot complete our extra cleaning effectively.

DURING YOUR STAY
SOME CHANGES WE HAVE MADE
There are extra hand sanitizers and cleaning products at each pod
for you to use during your stay.
Keep a safe 2-meter distance from other guests and staff.
Please respect private pod areas
Only pod guests may enter the site and the same family households in each pod
If you feel ill during your stay you must tell us immediately.

DEPARTURE
HELP US STAY SAFE
We hope you have enjoyed you stay!
Please help us by stripping the beds and placing the linin and towels into the laundry bags provided. (found under the bed)
Empty the rubbish and recycling into the large bins provided at the site entrance.
Please empty the fridge.
Leave the windows open.
Please leave on time at 10am, unless otherwise agreed.
